SG Cab Booking is an enquiry website. A message sent through WhatsApp, phone or email is a request for transport information and does not itself establish a confirmed booking.

2. Quotes and availability

All service types, vehicles, times, locations, routes and prices depend on confirmation by the transport provider. Do not assume that any vehicle pictured on this site is owned by or available through SG Cab Booking.

3. Booking confirmation

For a confirmed ride, agree directly on the pickup time, locations, group size, luggage or special needs, chosen vehicle category, total price and any charges or cancellation conditions. Ask for written confirmation.

4. Airport and event details

Provide accurate flight, arrival, terminal, itinerary and passenger information. Changes to details should be communicated as soon as possible.

5. Changes, payment and cancellations

Any payment requirements, refund conditions, cancellation charges or waiting time charges should be confirmed directly before booking. This website does not collect online payments.

6. Illustrative content

Photographs and vehicle descriptions on this website are editorial illustrations and may not depict an actual vehicle or a ride provided by the business. No particular passenger capacity or feature is promised unless confirmed.
